No Quibble refund policy: We are honest sellers and primarily classic film enthusiasts who want ALL of our customers to be 100% happy and satisfied with their purchases from this store. For this reason if you are unhappy with your purchase in ANY way your are welcome to return it for a full refund within 7 days UNSCRATCHED please. We have no loop holes or conditions like other sellers.

Next Day Postage: We aim to dispatch all orders next working day using UK royal mail service for UK, and UK Royal Mail Airmail for international orders. This is also faster than any of our competitors. However postal services can be unpredictable at the best of times, so please allow 7 working days before contacting us if you believe your item has been lost in the post.

Compatibility: The DVD collections sold on this site are produced on DVD -R Media unless otherwise stated. This means they will work in approximately 99% of all DVD Players. Please be sure to check your player's compatibility. DVD's are formatted for PAL region 2 view. This is compatible world wide, however USA and Canada buyers please check your player is compatible. Most modern DVD players will play multi region now, if in doubt please contact us with your player model number, and we can check for you.

This is a legal contract between the customer or user of any services provided by xtrvaluedvds.com. The customer, hereinafter referred to as "customer", "you", and "your", and xtrvaluedvds.com hereinafter referred to as pcgroup our parent company. The customer accepts this store's policies by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping, browsing, or viewing of material on this site or any affiliated sites. The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to change at anytime without prior notice. The xtrvaluedvds Store Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and pcgroup relating to the purchase or sale of goods and use of the site. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions stated on your purchase order and this agreement or any terms and conditions on our invoice, you agree that the provisions of our Store Policies, our agents and invoice shall control. Please fill in all of your Order Information correctly and completely. xtrvaluedvds.com is not responsible for typographical errors or outright mistakes in your provided information. Orders will NOT be reshipped because of wrongfully supplied, incorrect, or incomplete information. We verify all billing information provided by the customer. Please enter all information correctly; otherwise, your order can be delayed from 48 to 72 working hours for further verification. As forms of payment we accept Visa, Master card, Paypal, Money Orders and personal checks. Personal checks are subject to a £25 surcharge for insufficient funds. We do not accept wire transfer or any other form of payment except those specifically listed. Personal checks may be held for up to 14 business days for verification and fund availability and verification. Bulk Orders: Any order above 15 units is considered a bulk order. Bulk Orders placed online without prior approval or a request for price quote from xtrvaledvds.com are subject to additional charges.Bulk Shipments are usually sent out within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Personal checks require 5-14 days for funds to clear. Items are shipped via UK Royal Mail. Items shipped outside the United Kingdom will be sent Royal Mail Airmail Post. Returns: The customer is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of Delivery (including weekends and holidays). This is a no quibble refund, no silly terms or loop holes like other sellers, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days you are welcome to return it for a full refund, as long as it is undamaged. It has been researched that these items have fallen into the public domain as the copyright on the actual video footage has expired. This by no means permits anyone to copy these videos. By purchasing these DVD collections from us you, the customer agree to use the disks only for your personal viewing pleasure. "Personal viewing pleasure" is defined by viewing of the movies within your home with your friends, and family. It is understood by the customer that all of the DVD Collections sold by xtrvaluedvds.com have been individually compiled from ORIGINAL FILM STOCK sources. These sources have an inconsistent level of preservation associated with them. In accordance, the playback experience may vary on any DVD collection purchased. Every effort has been given to maintain true DVD quality, but the customer understands and accepts that some level of imperfection is present in each film and that level of imperfection can vary significantly between films. However if you are unhappy you can always return for a refund.

Limited Liability: All recordings included on our DVD-R collection discs have been verified as being in the Public Domain. If you believe that you are the copyright holder of any of the recordings advertised on this site, please contact us with proof of ownership. If your claim is legitimate the item(s) in question will be removed from sale.

xtrvaluedvds.com will NOT charge any customer with HIDDEN fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed to you after you have entered your shipping information and selected correct shipping method.
